Join Butler Opera Theatre as they present Scenes and Arias for you in the Schrott Center for the Performing Arts on October 29th and 30th at 7:30. It will be a fun evening of favorites from the stage so you can bounce along to the close harmonies in “You could drive a person crazy” from Steven Sondheim’s Company and swoon to the beautiful melodies of the “Card Scene” from Carmen in the same evening. If you like the Classical period, we have a lot of delicious Mozart opera for you too. And to keep it all fun, we’ll present a rollicking trio from Die Fledermaus. Come and support the rising generation of American singers as they hone their craft and perform for you. All scenes will be performed in English with projected supertitles.
